Trainers at BOMBAY SCHOOL OF MAKE-UP & HAIR have an average experience of 15 years in films, fashion and bridal make-up industry. They are internationally qualified and have a strong academic record. We maintain a minimum pupil to trainer ratio of 6:1 in all our batches for personalized attention.
Our Make-up & Hair academy is located in the education as well as bollywood hub of Mumbai with convenient access via rail, metro and road. There are several options of comfortable and secure student accommodation and food facility within 1 km distance for students coming from out of Mumbai.
Our Make-up & Hair courses education and curriculum is in Hindi & English. However, even with limited or no English skills it is possible to achieve good results with the right amount of dedication and work. We are a student friendly school having flexible multi linguistic options while training.
BOMBAY SCHOOL OF MAKE-UP & HAIR provides certification to students on completion of our respective courses. A minimum attendance and practical examination is required to graduate for certification. The moment I read about BSMH and the “Advance Prosthetics Course”, I knew I wanted to go for it. So I moved to Bombay from Delhi, which was a pretty big step for me, and I tell you it was all worth it! The whole experience was amazing, Maya ma’am and the other trainers were so helpful and friendly. It felt like home. I definitely learnt a lot there from bald caps to making silicone pieces. You get to know everything, product knowledge, industry insights and basically how to start working in the film industry. The whole atmosphere was very enthusiastic. Not to mention how welcoming the staff was, overall I am very happy and satisfied with the course and I am very confident with what I do now and I can’t wait to step into the world of sfx and prosthetics and make them proud one day!
